Kimberli Diggs is an associate in the firm’s Labor, Employment, and Workplace
Safety practice. She partners with management on a broad range of employment matters
including internal investigations, claims of workplace misconduct, accommodation and
leave requests, and considerations surrounding reductions-in-force and
reorganizations. Kimberli regularly counsels management regarding compliance
strategies and employment practices across the employment lifecycle including:
employment agreements, hire and onboarding, employee discipline and termination,
harassment and discrimination prevention, and wage and hour compliance. As an
advisor and counselor, Kimberli prioritizes customized compliance strategies that
proactively protect clients’ workplace culture, brand, and reputation.
Kimberli has extensive litigation experience and regularly defends single-plaintiff,
class, collective action, and representative Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA)
litigation. She has represented employers in state and federal court, mediation, and
arbitration. As a litigator, Kimberli works to understand competing interests and
relevant risk appetites to develop effective litigation strategies.
