Louise Bond is a senior associate in the International Arbitration and Commercial
Disputes practice groups, with experience guiding clients through complex
international arbitrations, High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court
litigation, as well as other forms of dispute resolution (including mediation and
expert determination).
Louise represents clients in high-value, cross-border disputes in a broad range of
industries, including aviation, sport and gambling, manufacturing, logistics, life
sciences, fine arts, construction, and energy and infrastructure. She frequently
advises corporate clients on disputes arising out of arrangements such as share
purchase agreements, joint-venture agreements, and shareholder agreements.
Louise draws on her breadth of experience to provide strategic advice and innovative
solutions tailored to each client’s commercial objectives.
