Michelle Huo is a lawyer in the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice.
Michelle advises on corporate law, investment funds and financial services
regulation, with experience spanning equity capital markets, fund formation,
regulatory compliance (ASIC, NZ FMCA, UK TCFD) as well as disclosure obligations for
managed investment schemes.
Michelle has contributed to key financial services initiatives, including ETF and
fund launches, NZD PIE structuring, ASIC OTC derivative reporting, and ESG
regulation (RIAA classifications).
