Nachael is a partner and practice group coordinator for the firm's Finance
practice. She has over 20 years of experience analyzing complex structured finance
transactions. Nachael regularly represents lenders, investors, and other
financial institutions in a variety of secured and unsecured financial transactions,
including loan servicing-related matters for performing and non-performing loans.
She has extensive experience representing servicers and special servicers in large
loan transactions financed by commercial mortgage-backed securities and enforcement
of remedies.
Nachael is active in the Mortgage Bankers Association and Commercial Real Estate
Finance Council.
