Nóirín McFadden is a consultant in the firm's London office. She
concentrates her practice on data protection, technology and commercial
matters.
Nóirín advises on wide-ranging data protection issues, including EU and
UK GDPR compliance requirements, website compliance including the management of
cookies, employees’ personal data, international data transfers, and data
processing projects for a variety of organisations, including global corporates, UK
and European companies and charities. Nóirín has particular experience
on advising on data subject requests and complaints, particularly in complex dispute
situations such as in the context of employment grievances.
Nóirín also has experience in data and trade mark licensing and in
distribution agreements and has worked on a range of technology and commercial
matters including software licensing, and consumer regulatory compliance and online
contracting for eCommerce businesses.
