years he has advised leading international corporates, project developers,
investment funds, real estate companies, asset managers, and retailers on all real
estate matters including transaction (asset deal, share deal), project development,
asset management, and commercial leases. This includes the asset classes
logistic, office, retail, commercial property (automotive, technology), senior
living and healthcare in all phases of the property life cycle, such as greenfield
and brownfield development, refurbishment, built-to-suit solutions, optimizing and
negotiating commercial lease agreements on both, occupier side and landlord side.
