Dr. Ramona Ruf is a partner and civil law notary in the firm's Berlin office and
part of the corporate and transactional practice group. She advises national and
international clients on corporate law matters, in particular merger and
acquisitions, corporate restructurings, formation of companies as well as general
matters of corporate law.
In her role as a notary, Ramona covers the entire range of notarial services. She
deals in particular with corporate and real estate matters.
