Raphaël Bloch is a partner in the firm's Corporate practice. Raphaël
focuses his practice on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions,
joint-ventures, investments, and divestments. He advises French and international
companies and investors on local and cross-border transactions across a wide range
of industries and has gained significant experience advising banks, fintechs, as
well as media and entertainment, gaming, music, and technology companies.
Prior to joining K&L Gates, Raphaël worked at several international law
firms in Paris where he practiced in private M&A. Currently, Raphaël
focuses his practice on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions,
joint-ventures, investments, and divestments. He advises French and international
