Reymond Yammine is an associate and focuses his practice on complex commercial
litigation and internal investigation matters, including matters relating to
compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
Reymond has represented clients in state and federal court in New Jersey, New York,
and Pennsylvania, and in arbitrations. He has represented clients in various
industries, both public and private, and in a variety of matters, including
commercial disputes, tort liability, appeals, and constitutional law. He has also
conducted numerous internal investigations on behalf of corporate clients to address
potential legal or ethical violations, such as fraud, conflicts of interest, and
theft.
Reymond is also a dedicated member of the firm's pro bono group. He has
represented numerous clients seeking to normalize their immigration status through
the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and United States Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS). In addition, he has represented members of the LGBTQ+
community seeking name changes, and domestic violence victims seeking relief through
Protection from Abuse (PFA) orders. In 2021, he was chosen as a Leadership
Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinder.
