Prior to joining the firm, Rikako served as legal counsel for a manufacturer of
confectionery in Japan. Through this role, Rikako drafted and reviewed contracts
such as outsourcing agreements and service agreements, as well as provided legal
consultation for business initiatives, coordinated with overseas subsidiaries, and
more.
