Sarah Staples-Carlton is an associate in the firm’s Healthcare and FDA practice
group. Sarah focuses her practice on healthcare regulatory matters, both in the
context of ongoing compliance and transactional matters. Her experience includes
advising national healthcare companies, providers, ambulatory surgery centers, and
general health practices on their day-to-day compliance concerns, including
provider enrollment, HIPAA compliance, and provision telehealth services. Sarah has
also advised clients on questions regarding Stark, AKS, and various reimbursement
issues.
