Scott Bernhart has experience representing sponsors in the formation and negotiation
of private equity funds ranging from emerging managers to multi-billion funds. His
work includes forming real estate funds, debt funds, buyout funds, and other types
of private equity funds. Scott also advises clients on fund management issues,
partnership agreements, general partner matters, and management issues. Scott has
also successfully worked on a project to sell interests in an existing fund
management platform.
