Thibaut Gribelin is an insurance recovery partner whose practice focuses on managing
and defending claims on behalf of policyholders.
During the course of his career, he has developed a deep understanding in financial
lines, including W&I insurance for mergers and acquisitions, directors
and officers liability, product liability, coverage for financial institutions,
and policies covering misappropriation risks (non-political and political risks).
He has developed a strong experience in claim management and optimization of
communications with insurers until coverage is granted. From the outset of a loss,
he assists his clients with insurance policy analysis, team coordination,
appointment of technical experts or loss adjusters, and negotiations on coverage.
