Tobias Gries is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice. He has been
advising domestic as well as foreign investors on real estate transactions and legal
asset management for many years, especially with regard to hotels, hotel projects,
micro apartment and serviced apartment houses, shopping centers and office
buildings. His particular know-how lies in advising hotel investors and hotel
operators on hotel acquisitions, operator and lease contracts and complex
refurbishment and revitalization projects. He regularly advises clients within the
scope of project management, in negotiations with authorities regarding the general
framework of construction planning law, as well as the ongoing administration and
management of hotel, retail, and office properties.
