Tobias Kopp is counsel and a member of the Commercial Disputes and International
Arbitration practice groups. He has 14 years of experience in commercial litigation,
international arbitration and other forms of complex dispute resolution, often with
a significant international dimension. After six years with the firm, Tobias moved
to an inhouse position where he acted as litigation counsel for a Germany-based
industrial portfolio company. In that role, he was tasked with coordinating and
strategizing relevant litigation and arbitration in a large variety of
jurisdictions. Three years of his inhouse career he spent working out of the
company’s regional headquarters in the United States where he focused on
cross-border disputes and issues around multi jurisdictional taking of
evidence. As Tobias returns to the firm, he continues to represent clients from a
large variety of industry sectors to efficiently resolve disputes with suppliers,
customers and competitors alongside corporate-related matters both in and
out-of-court.
