Torsten Limberg is a partner in the firm's finance practice. He focuses
on domestic and international asset finance and has more than a decade of
experience representing financial institutions and financial service providers in
complex international factoring transactions with major sellers. He also has
extensive experience in negotiating loan agreements and borrowing base financing
arrangements in connection with receivables transactions.
Additionally, Torsten advises banks, investment funds and investors on real estate
financings with cross-border elements, including mortgage bond loans and senior and
mezzanine loans. He also regularly advises on the transfer of loan portfolios in the
context of restructurings.
