Ulrike is an experienced technology and privacy lawyer. She is regularly involved in international transactions and advises on complex IT projects and licensing deals. She also advises clients on questions arising in connection with their operative business and represents them in litigation. She has broad experience in advising clients on IT and privacy related regulatory requirements for products and services, including in the areas of financial services, life sciences, and artificial intelligence.

Ulrike was recognized for her intellectual property work by Handelsblatt/Best Lawyers in Germany in 2020 and 2022. 

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Ulrike began her career in 1998 in the areas of Commercial Contracts and Litigation and increasingly focused on internet and technology law. Before joining K&L Gates in September 2022, she worked at other well-reputed German and international law firms in Berlin and Frankfurt.
