Vijesh is a senior associate in our Corporate team and is based in our London office.
Vijesh has assisted and led on complex cross-border M&A and joint ventures, with
values up to, and in excess of, US$1 billion. His practice includes a diverse range
of jurisdictions and sectors. Vijesh has also previously undertaken a financial
services secondment prior to joining K&L Gates.
Prior to joining K&L Gates, Vijesh trained and qualified at a large international
law firm and worked for large international corporate groups and private equity
clients across a range of matters including corporate reorganisations, M&A and
corporate divestment programmes.
