April Liu is a Registered Foreign Lawyer and a member of the Capital Markets practice
group. Her practice is primarily focused on international debt and equity capital
markets, and other corporate finance transactions.
April regularly represents issuers including financial institutions, local government
financing vehicles, real estate companies and private companies. She has led bond
offerings across different clearinghouses with different structures including
offering of guaranteed bonds, bonds with standby letter of credit, and bonds with
keepwell deeds.
