Zachary Timm is a partner in the firm's Commercial Disputes and Intellectual
Property Litigation practice groups. Zachary focuses his practice on intellectual
property litigation, labor and employment related litigation, business litigation,
and class action defense. He has represented public and private companies in
litigation involving claims for trade secrets misappropriation, tortious
interference, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour
violations, breach of contract, false advertising, unfair competition, and fraud.
Zachary is experienced in many phases of litigation, including applying for and
defending against applications for temporary restraining order and preliminary
injunction, drafting and responding to legal complaints, complex fact and expert
discovery, deposition preparation, law and motion practice, dispositive motion
practice, hearing attendance, mediation preparation, mediation, arbitration
preparation, writ practice, and trial preparation.
Zachary has represented clients from a wide variety of industries and trades,
including banking and financial services, real estate, manufacturing, construction,
and hospitality.
Zachary also maintains an active pro bono practice. Zachary has experience
representing clients seeking asylum in the United States, as well as clients who are
victims of human trafficking. Zachary also has experience assisting clients on
issues relating to voting rights.
