initiation and implementation of insolvency proceedings. Since 2017, Nadja also
acts as an insolvency administrator.
With over 20 years of experience in restructuring and insolvency practice and her
in-depth expertise, lawyer Nadja Raiß, a partner at K&L Gates, assists
companies in crisis through the reorganisation and restructuring process, both out
of court and in court proceedings under StaRUG or in self-administration
proceedings. She acts as a consultant under StaRUG, general representative or
managing director in self-administration, trustee or insolvency administrator, and
has already successfully guided numerous reorganisations in these roles.
The Working Group Insolvency Law & Restructuring (AGIS) has honoured Ms
Raiß as 'Eigenverwalterin des Jahres' 2025.
