Barry Price is a corporate partner in the Charlotte office and his practice
focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and leveraged buyouts with
respect to regional, national and international corporate transactions. He is often
involved in cross-border transactions, involving parties and operations in multiple
countries and related international issues. Barry also advises corporate
clients regarding general corporate matters, corporate governance and commercial
contracts.
Barry has represented numerous types of parties in transactions, including
multinational public companies, private equity sponsors, financial institutions,
private companies, founders and management teams.
