Represented Copeley Capital, a private equity investment firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina, in connection with its sale of its portfolio company, OnSight Industries, LLC and its related affiliates, engaged in the business of providing signage, site furnishings, mailbox solutions, and other ancillary services in the new-home and multifamily building industries throughout the Southeast of the United States.
Advised Carousel Capital, a North Carolina-based private equity firm, and its portfolio company Landscape Workshop, a leading provider of route-based commercial landscaping services, on the sale of a majority interest in Landscape Workshop to an Ares Management Private Equity fund.
