Alan Schacter is a partner in the firm's Real Estate practice. Alan
represents clients in all areas of the real estate industry, including institutional
investors, sponsors, borrowers and lenders, buyers, participants, sellers,
landlords, and tenants in joint ventures, structured secured loan transactions,
hotel and commercial acquisitions, dispositions, financings, management agreements,
and more. Alan has regularly represented a US fund that makes real estate secured
loans in the cannabis space, the New York branch of a large Japanese bank making
construction loans across the country, and a large pension fund and several Korean
asset management companies in connection with the acquisition of several properties,
both on their own accounts and in joint ventures with other parties.
