matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition
integration, corporate governance, restructurings, private equity transactions, and
commercial agreements. She advises emerging and growing companies with respect to
choice of entity, business formation, strategic planning and growth, and advises
corporate clients on commercial contracting and licensing, contract management, and
regulatory compliance. She also drafts and negotiates commercial lease agreements,
and helps navigate clients through commercial purchase and sale transactions, from
contract to closing.
