Amy Wong advises clients on all facets of their litigation needs and risk
management, including contract disputes, business torts, product liability, product
advertising and marketing, class action defense, Americans with Disabilities Act,
and civil rights disputes, among other matters. She litigates cases for national and
global companies in the consumer product, food and beverage, aesthetics medical
device, beauty products, manufacturing, private equity, and financial services
industries. She collaborates with business clients to make strategic decision and
support global operations, and develops innovative solutions to mitigate litigation
risks. Amy enjoys being a resource to businesses, and is skilled at developing
strategic solutions to client’s legal challenges.
Amy leads the Orange County’s diversity committee, where she contributes within
professional and community organizations in Southern California as a passionate
advocate and leader to drive engagement, diversity of membership and program
development. She is active in pro bono work, including civil rights litigation, and
she regularly collaborates with the California Innocence Project.
